Zoe Challenge #1~ "Anything Goes"

Good Morning Lovelies! And a Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed their festivities over the last couple of weeks? It's certainly comes and goes very quickly doesn't it? I love Christmas, but it is nice to get back to normal after!

So onto our first challenge of 2013 the Theme is "Anything Goes" so nice and easy to kick off those cobwebs lol! My first, I'm not keen on, but thought it appropriate, the background is created with Distress stains, the stamps were free with a mag, I've had them ages!

My second I used DS Tarnished Brass from the Metallic range, stamped with versamark the glasses and heat embossed in gold, I masked the glasses and heat embossed in silver the bubbles, which are by Designs By Ryn!

My third, I used Washi Tape for the background, the stamps are from the same free set as the first, I coloured them in using highlighter markers!
I created the background, by spraying Dylusions spray ink, heat drying it, then stamped using Coffee Archival ink, I used my water brush to create some highlights in the collage stamp by Crafty individuals, unfortunately it doesn't show up so well in the photo, I then triple embossed with clear EP, same with the butterfly, which is part of the collage stamp, I stamped again and cut it out to decoupage it!
And finally, I used paper from a Vintage Christmas pad, it was free with a mag, sorry don't I remember who it's by? The stamps are Tim Holtz by Stampers Anonymous it's the set with the Umbrella man, I stamped the birds on a wire with black and masked them, then using olive DI stamped the clock face, i inked the edges with black soot DI, a very simple one, but actually this is my favourite!
I do hope you will visit and look at the other DTs fabulous samples? And also welcome our brand new and fabulous member Sylv! Be inspired to join in! http://twinchie-twinchiehotmaillive.blogspot.co.uk/?m=0
