Pan pastels meets Sheena!

Good evening Lovelies! I hope you've all had a lovely day? It's been beautiful here, bit chilly but sunny, I went out with my Bestie today to Canterbury, she was looking for her outfit for her sons wedding which is in August, we had a great but tiring day, not very successful outfit wise, but that means we will have to go out again lol!

So onto today's post, I made this card Sunday, I was putting Eileen's workshop to good use, practicing my Pan Pastel technique's, I've been playing with them for a long time and love them, but I struggled getting a nice moon/sun, so thanks to Eileen I think I've got it? The key was to use two colours to make a more atmospheric and dimensional effect! Ive used Sheena Douglass's new "little bit sketchy" stamp of the beautiful oak tree, I heat embossed with versamark ink and Cosmic Shimmer black EP the sentiment also from the same set is just stamped with black Archival! I used Linen textured card from Papermill Direct and matted and layered onto black and red card also from Papermill Direct, I like how the image has lines through it from the texture! I made the wisps of cloud with an eraser! I'm really pleased how this has turned out, thank you for visiting today xxx
