New Sweet Poppy Stencils pt 2

Good morning Lovelies!

Well! What a week it's been, had great intentions of making lots of samples with the gorgeous new Sweet Poppy Stencils and was struck down Saturday evening with some sort of Virus, been proper poorly I can tell ya, I only managed to eat something yesterday (Thursday) but I'm glad to say "I'm feeling much better, tired and still achy but much better"

Anyway less of my rubbish here are two samples using the stunning Honeysuckle Circle

My first card I simply used an xxl nesting - stitched circle die by Crealies, I applied White Pearlescent Paste by Sweet Poppy through the stencil and while wet added the stunning new colours of Mica Powders also by SP by just sprinkling on generously with a brush, I tapped off all the powder into a piece of paper, sadly it didn't make a pleasant mixture worth saving, it all got a bit brown and muddy, anyway after that I heated it with my heat tool until it bubbled all over, I allowed it to cool before using a large soft brush to clean and buff it all up, I must say it turned out better than I'd hoped.

My second card I used Distress Spray Stains and a Crackle Paste, once dry I used a Gold Gilding wax to highlight the cracks and make it "pop" a bit more, few coloured pearls and viola!

I hope you like my designs using the Honeysuckle Circle stencil, please pop back again tomorrow for a couple more samples using another beautiful stencil xx have a great day xx Zoe xx
