Hot diggity dog!

Evening lovelies, this is my second blog for today, I was looking at everyone else's blogs earlier and saw allsortschallenge blog, so thought I'd enter this card, http://allsortschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ The theme is Case it! I have copied the layout!
8x8 cream scalloped edge card base, matted with cream card that I pierced the edges, more cream card that I ran through m-bossability folder twice as it was bigger than folder, I then direct to paper inked with dusty concord DI, added the ribbons, have you noticed their crooked? Lol! Oops! The frame I created with a fancy grande nestie the smallest and the largest of a classic circle nestie, the paper I used for it and the flowers are from the hot diggity dog pad as is the image, which I coloured with spectrum noirs, I inked all the edges with broken China DI, Buttons from stash with purple twine, sentiment stamped and cut with spellbinder. Thank you for visiting xxx

Citrus monochromatic!

Good afternoon my lovelies!
Today's card was just a play time card, I think it turned out quite nice!
8x8 scalloped edge cream card, I pierced around the edge of cream card and matted, the leaf stamp and sentiment are from my fave set at the mo, creative ex dandelion wishes! I used dried marigold DI to stamp and ink edges, I used ornate diamonds creative ex embossing folder, also inked heavily with same ink, added cream lace, the topper is a spellbinder new set another fave at the mo too, I second generation stamped the leaf stamp in the DI around the edge randomly and lightly inked, the flowers and foliage are also spellbinders, I couldn't live without my foliage dies, got to be my most used dies ever! Also used cream card and inked with DI, added some bobby dazzlers, voila a very bright card! Thank you for visiting today xxx

Monochromatic!

Good afternoon Lovelies! Not often I say that! Hope you all had a fab weekend, wasn't the opening ceremony fantastic? Wow when we need to we can do it with bells on!
Not often I say this about my own work! But I love this card!
I used 8x8 scalloped edge cream card base, pierced the edges of black card and layered, I masked the edges of some taupe coloured card and stamped in black a leafy stamp from my lovely new fave set by Creative ex called Dandelion set, I then embossed with hounds tooth embossing folder the other bit of taupe card, had to run it through twice as it was bigger than folder, I then directly inked from pad with black soot DI, it's not terribly noticeable in pic, but I did some  pleating on the ribbon and added pearls where I didn't pleat, the sentiment is from the same stamp set, I used the smallest of the new and beautiful grande, nesties, ovals, inked lightly whilst still in die with black soot DI, I then cut and embossed, using black for the branches and taupe for the cherry blossoms and inked while still in die, with same ink. And there it is, hope you like it as much as I do? Thank you for visiting today xxx

Have a beautiful day

Morning lovelies an early post for me today! Going to Canterbury today, shopping! Have a posh wedding to go to end of September in Tonbridge Wells, and need to get an outfit, and the sales are on so wish me luck!
I made this card last night and scheduled it to post this morning, so hope it's worked?
I started with 6x6 scalloped edge white card base, I matted with black, on white card I scored 2 lines left a gap of approx 1 and half inch then scored another 2 lines, I masked either side and stamped using versamark a very pretty leafy stamp from the dandelion set from Creative Ex then used Orange and magenta pan pastels and sealed with cheap hairspray, I used black stazon to stamp bird and sentiments all from same set, the butterfly is a freeby from a mag it's by Indigoblu I stamped with black then used same PP to colour it and sprayed, added the swirly bling and voila! Another very quick and simple card, thank you for visiting xxx

Princess castle

Good evening Lovelies! An earlier post from me tonight! I need an early night.
Tonight's make I have made for my neighbours little girl who loves everything girlie! Pink, fairy's princesses and castles.
I started with a 6x6 scalloped edge white card, I created the background stamping with versamark using a sentiment stamp and a butterfly stamp randomly and used Pan Pastels, permanent green tint, turquoise tint, blue tint, magenta tint and violet tint, sealed with cheap hairspray, I embossed with an m-bossabilites folder and rounded the edges, the topper is from a set by Do-crafts I bought in a sale recently, I coloured it with Spectrum noirs, cut and embossed using a spellbinder nestie, I lightly inked the edge with pink sherbet adirondack ink, ribbons from stash, the flowers are the smallest bitty blossoms (spellbinders) and inked with the pink sherbet and DI, foliage inked with DI, the buttons from stash. Voila! Not my favourite card, but for a little girl I think it's perfect, thank you for visiting xxx

Good evening Lovelies! Had a much cooler day until late afternoon then the sun came out and it was very warm again!
Tonight's post is tag, I wish I could live like the sentiment! Lol! I stamped a large pale green tag with a sentiment and cogs background stamp from my new stamp set from Creative Expressions, with versamark, I then blended Pan Pastels several different shades, stamped and heat embossed with black EP the fob chain, watch and sentiment from the same set, added a few highlights with a white gel pen, plaited 3 shades of raffia. A very simple tag took all of 15 mins! Thank you for visiting xxx
