I stamped him with Walnut stain DI and just added a bit of the FB DI to his hat using a cotton bud, i masked him and stamped using iced spruce DI the crackle background by Indigoblu and inked around with the FB DI again, then i glittered the hair and beard with a quickie glue pen, added a bow and some bling! Autumn tag!

Good evening Lovelies! From a very cold South East Kent coast, but a lovely day, just freezing! Lucky compared to a lot of you though! Hope your all keeping warm and dry?
So here's a tag I've made I'm entering into http://www.dccfriendschallenges.net/ the theme is Autumn!
So I started with pan pastels in autumnal colours all over a piece of paper and sealed with cheap hairspray, then stamped with leaves from a lovely stamp set by Justrite, and cut them out, then using versamark I stamped randomly a few of the words from the set, then swiped over with autumnal colours pan pastels then sealed with hair spray, the printed paper is from stampin up which I tore and pan pasteled, the cobweb spider and leaves on the right hand side are by Dylusions which I highlighted with white gel pen and little blobs of glitter glue on web to create a dewy effect, the sentiment is also from the Justrite stamp set. I hope you like it? Thank you for visiting xxx

Dylusions Christmas Cards

Good morning Lovelies! I hope everyone has managed the weather the storms ok? We really were very lucky here, thank goodness but I know many of you had a rough time!
I have made a couple of different Christmas cards using a combination of Dylusions stamps and stencils with DI and stains! Now I know they aren't particularly pretty and are nt going to appeal to everyone, and to be honest I'm not really sure I like them that much? But it's fun to play! And if you let loose once in a while and go for something different then it gets boring! Thank you for spending the time to visit! Please leave a comment, I'd love to hear what you "Really" think xxx

It's a 6x6 craft card base matted with red card, the top layer I just drew around my double sided tape and using the lovely Lavinia stamps holly stamp in Adirondack Lettuce ink, just stamped around then added the gems, the sentiment is from a creative expressions set! Hope you like it? Thank you for visiting xxx

Something very different for me!

Good evening Lovelies! Brrrr! Certainly starting feel like winter! How's everyone's Christmas shopping going? Mines rubbish this year I've normally finished by now but I've hardly started :(, must get going!
So tonight for a daily challenge the theme was altered puzzle piece! A new one on me? Never heard of it? But with some research it appears to be quite popular! So here's what I came up with!
The puzzle piece I traced off net and cut out of cereal pkt, I covered the reverse side with some Vintagey Xmas paper, I inked the front with peeled paint stamped using Christmas berries DI the smaller pointsettia stamp from a creative expressions set, and masked and stamped using forest moss DI a Justrite harlequin and text background stamp,  I then water brushed to just shade the pointsettias a bit and dotted some gold pen on the centre, I stamped and heat embossed in black EP the large pointsettia from the set 3 times and coloured with Spectrum Noir's and decoupaged off set slightly for more dimension. I must say I'm pretty pleased with it! Thank you for visiting xxx

A very early good morning Lovelies! I was awake so thought I'd get ahead and do my post now!
As you can see its for my Brother in laws birthday not until 1 Dec, he doesn't look at my blog so don't need to worry about him seeing it, in fact none of my family are interested ;( that's probably why I seek your approval lol ;) their loss not mine!
We have a lot of Dec and Jan birthdays, so I like to get ahead with them, so this was an experiment really, been checking out Pinterest and there's some fabulous stuff on there, I don't do random terribly well ,so thought I'd give it a go!
6x6 craft card base, matted with black card, I got an A4 sheet of white paper and blended shades of blue and green DI, blobbed and blotted with water to get a more distressed look, and did some splats with Distress stains, this was my next layer and the rosette, which is a TH die with a stamp I have in my stash in the centre, the topper I just stamped in black a stampers anonymous set, then did a tiny bit of spritzing with Cosmic Shimmer spritzer in midnight blue, and heat dried then some more splats, then Fran-taged the top left corner with blue and white EE and added some green and blue fragments while still molten, love the effect of Fran-tage, it's so rustic. Oh and some ribbon from stash! So there you have it! I like it, I hope you do? Would love to read what you think? Thank you for visiting xxx

Good Evening Lovelies! Can you believe it's Friday again? I can't! boy the weeks go by so quick!
Tonight's card my Mum asked me to make for her cousin! She wanted his name and age on it! He's a keen gardener, so I figured he'd be ok with a more nature themed card rather than gardening? Hope I'm right?
So it's an 8x8 as usual white base, I stamped all over with the light turquoise blue DI can't remember the name? Using harlequin and text background stamp from Justrite love this stamp! Been stocking up!

Good evening Lovelies! Brrrrr! I've not felt warm for 2 days now :(
Well last night I spent my valuable crafting time tidying and sorting out my craft room, so nothing made :( and tonight I've spent the evening making, what I like to call "mindless cards" lol in other words "kit cards" not my idea of fun or crafting! Sorry for those of you that kit craft! No disrespect, it's just not my thing, having said that they do serve a purpose. An old school friend is starting up a weekly market in our town, mostly food and crafts, and she has very kindly offered me a space on her craft stall for my cards! I'm too busy to be able to do it myself unfortunately so I'm very lucky. So with Christmas quickly approaching I thought I'd better add to my stash of crimbo cards! Everything I made tonight apart from the Washi tape and card blanks was free, the Boofles stuff I won, the rest was from mags, so anything I sell will be a bonus, not often a crafter can say that! Considering the amount we spend on stash lol!
So these are what I made tonight! I have loads more for the market! Thank you for visiting xxx

Bird in cage!

Good morning Lovelies! Hope you've all had a great weekend? Lots of fireworks going off all over the place over the weekend, I really don't like them, such a waste of money! Bah humbug lol
Another thing I'm glad is over is Halloween!
Tonight's card I made a while ago, it's 8x8 white base matted with more white card I pierced around the edges then embossed another layer with an M-bossability folder, the elements of this card are all cut with spellbinder dies on my GC the card stock is from stash can't remember what make it is? Added some pretty Vintagey lace and some ready made flowers, voila! A simple card really didn't take long at all! Thank you for visiting xxx

More Autumn leaves!

Good evening Lovelies! I do hope everyone's having a lovely weekend so far?
Tonight I have made another card using my gorgeous new Justrite stamps! I just love them, I used 8x8 base card in white, I masked either end using some torn paper to create an uneven panel of colour and just blended several different DI's I used the little stamps from the set in the DI colours to create a bit more interest in the background, I made twinchies matted onto black card for the toppers, I heat embossed in black the leaf then using my water brush painted with DI, the sentiment is also from the set. I love how this card has turned out and would love to read what you think? Thank you for visiting xxx I'm entering this card into:

Autumn Leaves!

Good evening Lovelies! Brrrr it's really getting chilly now!
Tonight's post I made using some new stamps I got yesterday by Justrite! They are gorgeous!
I started dabbing Pan pastel autumn shades onto an A4 sheet of paper, sealed with cheap hairspray, once dry I stamped all over with different leaf stamps, so I have loads left over to use on another card :) so my card is 8x8 cream base, matted with brown then matted with more cream that I embossed using a leaf design A4 mask which I lightly inked with Walnut stain DI, then just stuck the leaves down, the sentiment also from same set! A simple card the hardest thing was the cutting out! Hope you like it? Thank you for visiting xxx
